Blues v. Predators Game 4 … Quality vs. Quantity

Blues v. Predators Game 4 … Quality vs. Quantity

Tonight the St. Louis Blues play Game 4 of Stanley Cup Playoffs against the Nashville Predators. The Moon moved into confident Leo today at 12:12 am and with Mercury Retrograde almost behind us, we can expect some good hockey tonight. The energy and influences of today’s game day is dishing out only favorable energy with some teams — and players — benefiting more than others.

Blues vs. Predators

5-2-2017-NSHvSTL-FavoredThe Blues have some work cut out for them heading into Nashville. Not only are they trailing in the series, they come in with a -.21 astrological edge behind Nashville. This means they have fewer players who are seeing added energy and focus. However this team total is an average across the entire roster. What might make this game interesting is that the players who ARE seeing a boost are key playmakers. Players like Tarasenko, Lehtera, Reaves, Bowmeester, Bortuzzo, and Parayko will be key to creating momentum changing moments.  Also Jake Allen is favored to be particularly physical tonight. Look for him to make some ballsy saves.

For the Predators, they have home ice advantage and on top of it several players benefiting from today lunar shift.  Arvidsson, Johanson, Forsberg, Jankrok, Ellis, Josi, and Weber are all set to put in impressive showings and be extremely physical. Confidence is not an issue for Nashville tonight. With several of St. Louis Blues’ Defensive squad favored to playing at the upper end of their game, the favored Nashville forwards may have trouble getting one past Allen.

Despite the large favor differential, I expect this game to be low scoring. Tonight if the Blues want to even this out, it will be about quality of shots, not quantity.
